silver and enamel spoon. Measures 4-5/8"L, marked "925" with an unidentified hallmark on the back of the stem.  Five colors (dark blue, baby blue, red, green, white.  Features a twisted column on the stem with beautifuly enamal work that stretches the length of the stem.
